Welcome to AI-Tube. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI-Tube mobile application (the "Application"), which is owned and operated by OBELIT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS S DE RL DE CV ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing and using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please do not use the Application.

Use of the Application

The AI-Tube Application allows you to access a virtual assistant and enjoy its functionalities. It is prohibited to use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Furthermore, you must not interfere with the proper functioning of the Application or use it in a way that may cause harm to other users or us.

Subscription

AI-Tube offers a monthly and annual subscription that provides you with full access to all available assistants in the Application. We also offer a limited trial version that enables the use of a general assistant with a limit of 10 interactions. Subscription payment will be processed through the available payment methods in the Application.

Privacy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The AI-Tube Application does not store conversation data and does not share information with third parties without your consent. Intellectual Property

The Application and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audios, and software, are owned by OBELIT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS S DE RL DE CV and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not granted any ownership rights over the Application or its content, except for using the Application in accordance with these Terms.

Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Application, as well as to modify these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Any modifications to the Terms will take effect immediately upon being published in the Application. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the Application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
